1/2 pound Maple Cream
Our Maple Cream starts by taking our Maple Syrup and removing more of the water by boiling to a higher tempature. We then rapidly cool the now maple taffy to room tempature. The cool maple taffy is then stirred until it reaches the perfect Maple Cream consistancy.
Maple Cream is great as a spread on toast, as icing on a warm cookie or dounut, over ice cream, and by the spoon full.
