Whiskey Barrel Aged Maine Maple Syrup


We took our Pure Maine Maple Syrup and aged it in a freshly drained whiskey barrel for six months.  During the aging process the syrup takes on the flavors of the wood barrel producing a smooth syrup with a woody smokey flavor, that some say they get on front and others on the back side.  A perfect addition to a meal like grilled maple salmon or maple glazed pork chops.  Added to your favorite drink, poured over pancakes or ice cream enhancing any meal.  In a glass to sip on is also a favorite.
